   qualification issued by Higher Education Commission (H.E.C) or Qualification Equivalence Determination Committee (Q.E.D.C) of concerned Department, which will be accepted
   by the Commission as Final, at the time of interview or whenever asked by the Commission. If a candidate fails to submit Equivalence Certificate issued by the Competent Authority
   at the time of interview or whenever asked by the Commission, his/her candidature shall be cancelled.

1. In case, a candidate claims experience of private firm / entity, he / she must bring proof at the time of interview that the firm /entity is registered with SECP, Registrar of Firms or any
   other Regulatory Authority, failing which his / her application shall be rejected. Candidate must provide proof of registration showing that the concerned private entity had the status
   of a registered body during the period of experience claimed by the candidate.
2. In-service candidates will ensure while applying for particular post(s) that they have obtained/

   the time of interview (if called).
4. The candidates will ensure while applying for particular post(s) that they have obtained/applied for Registration Certificate from PEC/PNC/PMDC/PMC/PVMC or other relevant
   regulatory body on or before the closing date and will provide the same at the time of interview (if called).

1. The candidates will ensure that they will provide marks obtained / total marks or percentage certificate of all degrees, issued by the Competent Authority, at the time of interview.

ہائر ایجوکیشن کمیشن (H.E.C) یا متعلقہ محکمے کی اہلیت کے مساوات کا تعین کمیٹی (Q.E.D.C) کی طرف سے جاری کردہ اہلیت، جسے قبول کیا جائے گا۔
کمیشن کی طرف سے حتمی طور پر، انٹرویو کے وقت یا جب بھی کمیشن کی طرف سے پوچھا جائے گا۔ اگر کوئی امیدوار مجاز اتھارٹی کی طرف سے جاری کردہ مساوات کا سرٹیفکیٹ جمع کرانے میں ناکام رہتا ہے۔
انٹرویو کے وقت یا جب بھی کمیشن کی طرف سے پوچھا جائے گا، اس کی امیدواری منسوخ کر دی جائے گی۔

اگر کوئی امیدوار پرائیویٹ فرم/اینٹی کے تجربے کا دعویٰ کرتا ہے، تو اسے انٹرویو کے وقت یہ ثبوت لانا ہوگا کہ فرم/اینٹی ایس ای سی پی، رجسٹرار آف فرمز یا کسی کے ساتھ رجسٹرڈ ہے۔
دیگر ریگولیٹری اتھارٹی، جس میں ناکام ہونے کی صورت میں اس کی درخواست مسترد کر دی جائے گی۔ امیدوار کو رجسٹریشن کا ثبوت فراہم کرنا چاہیے جس سے ظاہر ہوتا ہے کہ متعلقہ نجی ادارے کی حیثیت تھی۔
امیدوار کی طرف سے دعوی کردہ تجربے کی مدت کے دوران رجسٹرڈ باڈی کا۔

سروس میں موجود امیدوار مخصوص آسامیوں کے لیے درخواست دیتے وقت اس بات کو یقینی بنائیں گے کہ انھوں نے اپنے متعلقہ محکموں سے NOC/DPC کے لیے درخواست دی ہے اور اسے فراہم کریں گے۔
انٹرویو کا وقت (اگر بلایا جائے)۔

امیدوار مخصوص عہدوں کے لیے درخواست دیتے وقت اس بات کو یقینی بنائیں گے کہ انہوں نے PEC/PNC/PMDC/PMC/PVMC یا دیگر متعلقہ اداروں سے رجسٹریشن سرٹیفکیٹ حاصل کیا ہے/درخواست دی ہے۔
ریگولیٹری ادارہ اختتامی تاریخ کو یا اس سے پہلے اور انٹرویو کے وقت (اگر بلایا جائے) فراہم کرے گا۔

امیدوار اس بات کو یقینی بنائیں گے کہ وہ انٹرویو کے وقت حاصل کردہ نمبر/ کل نمبر یا تمام ڈگریوں کا فیصدی سرٹیفکیٹ فراہم کریں گے، جو مجاز اتھارٹی کے ذریعہ جاری کیا گیا ہے۔
CGPA قابل قبول نہیں ہے۔

پی پی ایس سی کی ویب سائٹ کے علاوہ کسی اور کی طرف سے شیئر کی گئی کوئی بھی معلومات مستند نہیں ہے۔ لہذا، امیدواروں کو ایسی کسی بھی معلومات پر بھروسہ نہیں کرنا چاہیے۔

شارٹ ہینڈ ٹیسٹ اور ٹائپنگ اور مہارت کا ٹیسٹ، اگر ضرورت ہو تو، صرف لاہور میں منعقد کیا جائے گا۔

متعلقہ محکمے کی جانب سے پوسٹوں کی تعداد میں تبدیلی (اضافہ/کمی) کی صورت میں، کوئی نئی درخواستیں طلب نہیں کی جائیں گی۔
